Senior Toxicologist
more detailsClarisse BAVOUX is a qualified pharmacist, she holds a DEA in Toxicology and a PhD in Biology from Toulouse III university. She has been a member of the European Registered Toxicologists (ERT) since 2012. Initially in several national agencies (ANSES, ANSM), she acquired high quality experience in toxicology evaluations. Clarisse then moved on to become the safety assessor of a laboratory as part of the cosmetics industry, for the implementation of the new Cosmetic Regulation. Clarisse joined CEHTRA in 2017 as Lead for the Cosmetic division. This includes providing regulatory and toxicological expertise during the development phase of a new ingredient, writing toxicological profiles for raw materials, or relevant documentation on the finished product: Cosmetic Safety Reports and Product Information Files.
